at the Urban Pizza Farm

 

Mangia mangia! This authentic, warm, and unique experience is hosted by IOB co-founders Mark and Margaret Fairbanks at their Shorewood home. Affectionately known as the “Urban Pizza Farm,” a stone path links the front woodland garden to the prairie gardens in the backyard. Mark plays the part of the “pizzaiolo,” rolling out all the dough and building each pizza from family favorite recipes. He then works the red “Bella” wood-fired pizza oven, which operates between 500 and 700 degrees. Margaret will be busy making sure your wine glass or pint is filled during the experience.

Most Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday evenings are available from mid-June through September. Book your 6:00-9:30 pm party using the calendar below! We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
