Monthly giving is the most powerful — and most overlooked —
way to support the brilliant minds we serve.
Predictable. Purposeful. Profound.
Impact
We could tell you about the impact we are making, but our program parents do an excellent job of that.
“We just wanted to send a note saying our daughter loved your introduction class. We saw so much improvement in her confidence and abilities. She just adores everyone at IOB.
Your program really unlocked something magical inside of her.”
–IOB Parent
“Hi. I just wanted to contact you because I’m still over the moon after my son’s initial IOB session this past Saturday. Right after his session, I observed his actions and interactions. What I saw was stunning. He exhibited some behaviors I’ve never seen before in his life…
The staff let him be his authentic self…
I believe he actually felt as though he was part of a community…
After seeing him in this setting, there was so much going on with me (both mentally and emotionally) that I can't adequately put into words…”

This is the work. Will you fund it?
What we’re doing works.
Here's the proof:
Programming hours grew from 760 (2022) → 882 (2023) → 1,246 (2024) → and we're just getting started
Our research partnership with UWM is producing nationally recognized outcomes data
The Fellowship brought IOB programming into rural libraries and art centers, reaching students who had never had access before
Brilliant Backpack is now fielding inquiries from school districts and service organizations across Wisconsin and beyond
Programs like Digital Academy, Brilliant Breakfast Club and Brilliant Mornings are filling gaps for families that no one else is serving
CLTS and IRIS county contracts are expanding, validating our model with public funders
Be Part of What's Working
Your recurring support funds the direct work — the workshops, the mentors, the creative technology, and the community that transforms how neurodivergent youth see themselves and their future.
And the change it unlocks?
A student who finds their voice.
A parent’s relief.
A young adult with a portfolio and a plan.
Small Numbers. Real Change.
Here's something worth sitting with:
A single $25/month commitment — less than a streaming subscription — adds up to $300 a year. Multiply that by a community of committed monthly donors, and you are the infrastructure that keeps this mission alive between grants, between events, between campaigns.
Unlike one-time donations, monthly gifts let us plan. They let us say yes when a family needs a scholarship. They let us fund and retain the mentors our students deserve. They help us scale all of the positive outcomes we are seeing.
They let us show funders a community that believes in this work all year long — not just in December.
With your help, we'll keep doing the work.
